Workers Compensation Retaliation

If you are injured at work you may have filed for workers’ compensation benefits. Minnesota State law prohibits employers from retaliating against employees who file for workers’ compensation benefits. Employers are also prohibited from obstructing an employee who is seeking benefits. Unfortunately, employees who seek workers’ compensation benefits, or who file workers’ compensation claims, are frequently retaliated against by their employers.
